Hi, my name is Coach Trey—most people just call me T. I grew up in a small town in Upstate New York, where baseball quickly became more than just a game for me. I started playing for fun at a young age, and by eleven years old I had developed a true passion for the sport. Around that time, new training facilities began popping up, and I started playing travel ball and joining competitive leagues.

One of my favorite memories from my early years was the opportunity to play at Cooperstown Dreams Park at age twelve. As I continued to grow and develop my skills, I played for multiple travel teams throughout New York State and attended numerous showcases for college and professional scouts.

In 2012, during my senior year of high school, I was blessed with the opportunity to be drafted in the 23rd round of the MLB Draft by the Toronto Blue Jays.

After spending three years with the Blue Jays organization in the minor leagues, I decided to return to my hometown. I began a career in law enforcement while continuing to stay involved in the game I love through coaching.

A few years later, I created Blueline Baseball. In today’s online world, I saw an opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with a wider audience. My goal was simple: build a platform that helps players, parents, and coaches understand both the fundamentals of baseball and the bigger-picture journey of the sport—whether that’s preparing for college baseball or striving toward a professional career.

With my background in professional baseball and law enforcement, I believe I can offer a unique combination of credibility, structure, and real-world experience. Through Blueline Baseball, I aim to provide guidance, answer questions, offer 1-on-1 instruction, and deliver quick, simple tips to help players grow both on and off the field. My mission is not only to coach you, but to guide you through your or your child’s baseball journey.

Blueline Baseball was created to be a one-stop shop for everything baseball: private lessons, mental training, coaching guidance, player development, and more. As our community grows, we plan to expand into areas such as:

• Clinics, camps, and advanced training opportunities
  
  

This is only the beginning, but I truly believe Blueline Baseball can become something special. There aren’t many programs out there that offer what we plan to build—and I’m excited to watch this community grow.
